Matthew Jones, age sixteen, a normal high schooler. He is a foul-mouthed, sore loser, rude and lacks any ambition. All he cares about is gaming and yet he cheats the hell out of them. Then the usual happens, on one morning on his way to the school he is run over by a truck. When he wakes up in a hospital, he is not in his own body anymore, but a 20-something woman's. His life is now like the games he used to play, with no chance to cheat.
