It is true that he took on the family responsibilities and that Roman was quite depressed with his life. But Roman's life led to that point for a reason. Roman wanted to be friends with his old friends who were commoners. But in Ronana's eyes it was unbecoming of a noble. He never even tried to understand how it felt for his older brother to be like that. Roman wasn't particularly talented in any aspect. So everyone looked down upon him so rather than helping him they just kept pressuring him. He was stuck as a useless individual while his younger brother was doing great deeds. In Ronan's eyes his older brother was a loser. In my view ronan never accepted his brother's achievement. It was stabbed into him. His parents were no help either. I stand by my statement.
always a cliffhanger at the end of every chapter, it keeps me wanting for more, hope you can update two or three chapters daily because one is not enough
