In a world where Veronica Ashborne appeared to have it all - beauty, independence, and a seemingly perfect life - fate took an unexpected turn. Her father arranged her marriage to Darwin Walters, a decision that disrupted her previously ideal existence. To Veronica, marriage held a sacred notion, and despite her innocence, she believed love would blossom over time, regardless of her limited understanding of Darwin's character. Darwin, on the other hand, had different intentions. His union with Veronica was driven by necessity, not love. He openly disclosed his ongoing relationship with Vivian Storm, leaving Veronica with a heartbreak that she chose to hide behind a facade of strength. She tirelessly covered up for him, maintaining the illusion of a perfect marriage, even from their parents who wished them well. For Veronica, extending forgiveness and giving second chances was a means to keep moving forward. But as the cycle of hurt continued, she questioned whether forgiveness could endure indefinitely. Would her heart, forever burdened with the weight of these betrayals, become hardened? Enter Sean Galael, whose presence only added complexity to Veronica's emotions, making her heart struggle with conflicting desires and the uncertain future that lay ahead.

It can make a very good tv show....
Storyline is on point.
I'm finding it difficulty understanding what sex Randy and Kennedy are because the author keeps referring to them as "she...her...hers"
