No matter how far the human race has ventured, there is still the inevitable greeting from death when the time comes. The humbling feeling of a moment deemed unavoidable. Something which humanity grasped from a young age; life's cycle. But no one could know what followed.
So when Caius Xue— a troubled Omega— passed away and reawakened to find himself an obscurity in his own timeline, he was convinced he was dreaming.
