Dark Romance Once a regular youngster with a cool demeanor, Lucifer King experienced a traumatic event that shattered his mental stability, transforming him into an emotionally arrested adult who behaves like a seven-year-old. At 27, his innocent hazel eyes conceal a darker reality known only to his malevolent thoughts. Enter Catelin, an innocent young woman who found a loving home with Martin King when she was just a baby. She led a normal life, possessing a delightful personality. Her heart was particularly kind towards her adoptive father's son, treating him with genuine care without expecting anything in return. Unfortunately, sometimes, a single act of kindness can have unforeseen consequences. Driven by a desire to repay her adoptive parents, Catelin took it upon herself to assist the troubled boy, unaware of the true situation. The irony is, it's not the child who requires help; it's Catelin herself. For once his twisted abnormality sets its sights on her, no one can save her from the darkness that lurks within him. Please note that due to my non-native English, there might be grammatical errors in this passage. This story carries a dark tone, and the male lead may exhibit creepier behavior; reader discretion is advised.

Ok so I was reading this book. It got so good and then it died in me. Why did you let it end like that? Very terrible ending to this book. Everything else was awesome.....

I would write another “Lucas killed the author” joke but I’m really tired of them, quite literally…

Think it is a bit of a trend to have the title as a very barebones description of the setting/plot and one reason for it could be that it makes it easier to connect the name to the story (which is quite helpful for those who read loads of ongoing stories, sometimes on multiple platforms, especially if they let the chapters build up to be able to binge several chapters).
Also not uncommon for the long titles to be abreviated a lot of the time (frequently seen with anime i think) so the long official title isnt that problematic in those cases
