She lifted her gaze at him, her eyes blazing with anger as a single tear traced its way down her cheek. "You ask me why? Isn't it the most absurd question? You deceived me, betrayed my trust, presenting a false facade. Kidnapping me and confining me here, you still dare to question my betrayal? Those actions alone justify my actions," she exclaimed. "I refuse to stay here with you, not after what you've done. I can't be with someone who lied to me, who broke my trust. And I certainly won't live with a mafia man," she declared. "To secure my freedom and return to a normal life, I shared information – it was a simple choice. I betrayed you for survival. Do you comprehend? I betrayed...," she paused, turning her face to the side, her palm gently cupping her cheek. The sudden sting of a slap sent waves of pain through her, a harsh reminder of his anger. "You wanted my freedom so desperately," he spat. "From me?" she queried, her heart breaking at his acceptance. "To such an extreme," he replied coldly. "Well, then. I'm done with you," she said, her voice trembling with emotion. Despite his harsh response, he handed her the key to his heart before walking away, leaving her stunned and heartsick.
