    I felt that the overwhelming COSMO of Shaka had oppressed himself. Jack couldn't help but clench his fist and start burning his COSMO to resist, in fact, Jack could still use his physical body to go face to face with him, but he wanted to learn and comprehend the 7th sense, so using physical strength has no advantage for him in this case.
