The setting will probably sound familiar from two different novels, but the plot, characters, circumstances will be different.
Also, I use words which aren't the best to describe people, so profanity beware!

In a World of Tribes, Clans, Nations, Kingdoms and even Dynasties that last for thousands to millions of years. A boy without the ability to cultivate finds himself killed by a young child. His death brings no waves, as the child is adopted to take his identity and nothing changes.
Since birth, the boy was Forsaken and Forgotten by his own Father. With his birthright and rightful identity stolen, his anger reaches the Heavens.
But in the span of a single year, he is reborn into a small tribe with an earth-shaking history.
Ever grateful, whenever he sees his Father, he kowtows and says, "Thank you, Father, for letting me reincarnate at this wonderful tribe!"

Which Cardinal Direction has yet to be suppressed?
Which Genius doesn't regret being born in the same Generation?
Which part of Heaven hasn't been opposed?
What Odds haven't been defied yet?
The Ancient Sages whisper that the Pinnacle of Existence is the Heavens.
The Grand Emperors decree their descent from Heaven.
The Nobility claims their Deeds from the Heavens.
The Merchants ask Heaven for a good deal and safe journeys.
The Peasants say that the Heavens is the dwelling place of Gods.
The Slaves pray to Heaven to see freedom.
The Oppressed beg for release.
But the Heavens begs him, The Heavens ask him.
The Heavens are only, but another simple stepping stone.
The Pinnacle of Existence is only, but the Heavens below him!
Who else can capture a thousand hearts with a single word
Who can tell the Heavens to move and the Heavens move?
Who persuades the ones with a strict mind.
Who slays the Immortals and makes the Demons and Devils Virtuous?
Who kicks the Gods off their Thrones?
He who is capable of all things,
Yet one challenge exists
One that he simply falters against.
