Falling in love wasn't the plan

This author prob has a phd in human psychology & this novel is all about politics and sociology. we have it under the genre of fantasy and reincarnation but it would be best if you don't expect much developments in these area. the world building in this novel is intricately done. the history and the current world is explained through a political pov as well. when it comes to the mc, he has grown quickly in his mentality but there is slow growth physically. the side characters in this novel are written beautifully as i think the author has put in as much effort in writing the side characters as he has done for the mc, they are all well connected to the story. as for the story the progression of it is very slow as the author has delved in each arc in much detail and the mc's journey is filled w too much difficulties, so you can expect that the mc has got no breaks till the timeskip. i consider these chp as only preclude to what's to come, so read it if you are interested in long novels.

try Glory(esports) if you havent read it already, it would probably bust your gut from laughter or make you hide in your pillow from time to time due to the shamelessness of the ML, there are also sad parts but it's really good
