The snarky high school student Takeya Hidaka has long since accepted his world as normal; much to his daily dismay, his hyper best friend Ayumi is all over conspiracy theories - including ones involving angels, mythological beings who have since degenerated into mere agents of urban legends.
However, on the same day UFOs are rumored to have crashed on his city, Takeya stumbles upon a real-life Angel, the stern beauty Shiina, who calls herself a protector and guide of the world. Betrayed and left stranded on Earth by another of her kind, she is forced to ask him for help to return home. That will be no easy task, though, as he comes too close to the threats Angels have to face - all while not letting Ayumi find about anything.
Unwillingly dragged into the hidden society of Angels, Takeya and his newfound allies uncover the dark plotting that led to Shiina's fate, finding out not even they know everything about the world.
----I hope you enjoy reading my first fiction. This is a rather weird story: expect multiple plot twists, unexpected character developments, escalating stakes and a complex but well thought out 'magic' system.
