Since many people rate this novel badly for a stupid reason (slow pace, boring). I'll give 5 stars. Come on guys you read too much op nonsense novel. If you rate a novel 1 just because it is slow, then 90% of western novels are badThis novel is written by the same author of throne of magical arcana, which is currently my favorite CN. So I have my hopes high for this novel I'll change my rating later

The Main Character... Is horrendously stupid, to the point where he'd surely heal someone who caused a genocide just because 'they were his patient' because MC is el famoso 'doctor who follows his principle' healing every injured people... Wait did I mention he actually tried to heal (maybe he did heal him) a mass murderer because MC followed EL FAMOSO 'PRINCIPLES'. Aaaah yes. Those principles. I wonder if MC would heal someone that killed their entire family just because of the 'principles'

I rarely gave very low review but I need to do for this one.The MC is 5 years old female kindergarten kid.As of now, the father the Holy Emperor never shows his face yet and the  netizens keep getting faceslapped themselves.The plot is repetitive and drag longer.
