The MC enemies aren't stupid and arrogant beyond reason and are actual threats, which is a remarkable occurrence in a Cultivation novel. Usually it's just a bunch of unreasonable psychoes wanting to kill him cause they offended themselves. And thankfully there's no mid fight commentary from spectators talking about how amazing he would have been if he didn’t die-oh shi, he survived?! Impossible! Kudos to the author for that one. His friends aren't completely dependent on him and useless. They actually contribute to the situations they're in?! Unheard of. He's just the right amount of exceptional without being too overpowered. No blaring potholes at this point. I recommend reading it.
I really enjoyed reading this book. I was hoping for another chapter because I am interested in Cassidy's story too. Maybe the Author could do a 2nd part to this book so we could find out more about Cassidy. This book is a great read. ...
I absolutely love this book. Muse is an amazing writer and I have read all her books. I am so hooked and I cannot wait until the next book. Amazing job!!!!
