Every game has conditions, being a certain class to get certain skills, completing certain quests to get reputation, glory or mighty objects, there are even condition that needs to be completed in real life, those are the hardest but the more rewarding ones, the thing is not many people do them becuse the reward is proportional to the effort used in the task and as most of them say """" its a hassle"""".
