The is basically a kid friendly kingdom building novel with no political intrigue or conflict. All the changes he does have no repercussions, conflict, and passes too easily. He introduces modern weaponry without any safeguard to espionage (he increases the budget for internal security and that’s all he did) but nothing gets leaked or stolen. It would had been better to introduce conflict when designs get stolen. He signs modern reform bills left and right like free education and agriculture reforms like he has infinite money and no concerns. There should had been more though put into this or rolled out progressively instead of all at once. There is no political backlash from the conservative faction (if they exist at all) from all the modern reforms rapidly being introduced. The romance feels like a middle school kiss and get pregnant love and very forced and rushed. The new queen is an innocent trophy wife with no character and introduces no drama or plot additions. He also allows her to choose if she wants to reject a political marriage between monarchs and the most advanced nation like it’s a middle school girlfriend breakup. It would had been better if she was a princess of an enemy nation or eastern countries so you have a vehicle to naturally move the plot to other countries with some drama and conflict. Also the pacing between the introduction of the terrorist attacks with the next reattempt is too long and readers don’t care about the terrorist group that killed the parents anymore.Add some conflict and don’t play it too safe.
it's an interesting story. I've read the previous version up to ch 170ish before it not updated anymore (taking so long to update). +5* because it's a perfect readsadly author decide to monetize what shouldn't be monetized. it's okay if you want people to pay you through pat reon (I'll just think of it as donation), but not like this. and lock the novel at ch15 at that. what a shame. -3* because reason above.
Look here guys... I like this novel okay? This is totally my type of fantasy, but whether I like it or not, it doesn't matter. What does matter however is, MALCOLM IS THE BEST GUY!
I first picked this up to skip time but I was soon so into it I ended up spending all my coins and fast passes so I'm on ch 66 and I want to read on but sadly can't. The story is amazing and also the character development. The mc isn't op yet a least which gives a sense of realism over all amazing novel and would deff recommend
This is a great story, it starts in a way that I've never seen before. I'm a fantasy nut and I've never seen someone be rencarnated from a space mafia to a demon. Top notch creativity, and very interesting plot. Can't wait to see where it goes.
That was all, a new Takashi Komuro had emerged and had completely buried his previous version to the bottom of the earth. The Takashi that could easily be depressed, the one who always thought the * would * of things, the one who always dreamed of the promise of his first love and the one you could always take for a naive fool, was gone. Now there was someone present who is just going to make himself known, someone who only retained the best of his person, as is his courage, his determination, his strength, his fighting spirit and his noble, modest and kind nature.
