Beatrice's heart ached after losing her parents, transforming her into a cold-hearted vampire who lacked the strength of her kind. As a symbol of the ancient night's power, she carried an unspoken truth within her bloodline. Following her parents' passing, she ventured to a new land called Viscoria, where wolves held sway over the territory instead of humans. Upon meeting the esteemed ruler of Viscoria, Beatrice was driven by a resolve to awaken her dormant abilities and unite as the hybrid Hostess of her new home. She approached him with a smile, determined to prove herself. "Indeed, my lord," she replied, "This young woman has no need for such entertainment. I did visit a brothel to meet a friend, but it was not for idle pleasure."

The book is very good. It’s intriguing, minor errors. It’s spicy and pulls you in. I do feel the ending was very rushed and I would have like more wrap up with the characters but there is a sequel that is starting got very good.0 0 Reply
