Spelling, grammar and sentence structure is pretty poor, author needs to do a better job of editing her work.
Story was also very drawn out and basically pointless until the last 3 chapters, where everything was rushed together.

Story line is interesting BUT the grammar and sentence fluency is horrid. Many sentences don’t make sense or worded in such at way that makes it difficult to read.
Honestly it needs some edits but has potential.

I couldn't follow this very well.

I know man. I was sooo excited to find out about everything for him to meet his mom to know wtf was gonna happen because lf the world core, to meet Laia again and f*ck up Anguish and the Astral Emperor. For him to go to the hegomon worlds. FUUUUUUUCK so many more things.

Remember that one random girl in the early chapters that he gave all his money to, for her to cook and make new delicious dishes? Well, it turns out she was the creator of this world and the final secret boss after the demon king (not the goddess).
She knows him irl long ago and he owes her money, but he forgot. Just like he was planning to send the game to the dude that owed him money, she created the game to teach him a lesson the same way, trap and get back at him.
When he finds out, he is mad and goes to fight her, but she is literally unbeatable, all of his team try to stop him, but he is too strong so they can't, then most of them die, half are killed on purpose (the good ones), the other half sacrifice themselves to save him (the original 3), the other heroes are dead by this point and only Frilly is alive.
At the end she returns him in the real world. He really apologies, returns her money and asking her out on a date. Last scene instead of deleting the game, he plays again.

Bunch of ignorant people which thinks hospital should be paid a lot of money but someone in a clinic which clearly has a higher knowledge about medicine shouldn't be paid more like those on hospitals are clearly shtty in the head.

It's not an inferiorty complex. It's just econcomics. Say you wanted to do well in bussiness globally, or rather, you want to comunicate with others across the globe easily. Or say you just wanted to watch a lot of the media created in the West. What's language should you learn? Chinese, Spanish, French... or the lingua franca today: Englsih. There are tons of countries that were never defeated by the British that still want to learn English. Why? Because of the usability and power it holds. Just by learning English you've increase your job oppurtunities and the types of media you can consume. Rwanada, a former French colony, even changed thier offical second language to English for that reason.

I don't think it is right to just quit from ur title being god of war. You have so much effort and sacrifices just to be in that title. Hardships in life will not end how can you depend your love ones  if you are that powerless. Maybe you can  leave temporarily but not resigned.
