Interesting story, very descriptive and great world building, although characters are a little flat(not including the Mc). Grammer needs some work but either way great story so far0 0 Reply

*I'm writing this review after finishing this novel.*It was a somewhat fun read and I enjoyed reading it, even though there are several things that bothered me throughout the story which I will explain here below. 1) From the beginning till the last chapter, then translator constantly mixed up the way he addresses males and females. Sometimes for a female it is written as "He" or "Him". And for a male it is written as "She" or "Her"...This is just an example, however there are plenty of other annoying mistakes... I can say that the translation of this story was done poorly and I almost couldn't bear to continue reading it, so you should take that into consideration.2) There wasn't too much of a plotline that would spur the MC to progress and train hard, nor were there any romance in his life even though there were times it could have fit in perfectly.3) From chapter 400 plus, you could see the author kind of lost interest in the story and wanted to finish it as soon as possible, So all there was to the story was how the MC and his human tools progressed in their cultivation with no enemies to fight something else fun to read.4) Since the author wanted to finish this novel as soon as possible, even though there was an ending to this story, it wasn't satisfying at all and there were left many unanswered questions...But despite all this bothersome things, I still enjoyed reading it and the concept of simulation and cultivation was somewhat cool for me and enjoyable. So all in all, if you are not bothered by this 4 points, I guess you will enjoy reading this novel, good luck!0 0 Reply

First non-brain dead MC in a trial read in quite some time. Interesting spin on the passive skill system trope. I like that the setting is located in a demonic cultivation sect. Will continue to read if it makes it through trial read.0 0 Reply

I find this story extremely hard to get into. Overall the MC lacks personality, emotion and vision. I cannot see myself getting into this story at the quality it had been during the first 5 chapters.Whilst a large prologue was admirable, it read like a lecture written by someone with little interest in the subject matter and lacked the passion needed for it to work as a successful appitiser to get you into the story.Instead it was hard to continue after the first chapter and only became harder from there on.In addition, I don't think it's going to be as large of a hit as some of the other novels in the batch, mostly because it's dispassionately written administration fic.I would have called it kingdom building, but the character doesn't have a very kingly attitude and feels more like a bored administrator fulfilling the task whilst looking at the clock so he can get back home at 5 o clock...All in all, its one of my least favourite stories among the trials I have read.0 0 Reply
