Nimbus Clearsky's life seems to be as grey as the stormy clouds above. He longed for the lightning that not only illuminated the sky, but the one that pierced through the grey existence. The rain pounded upon the gazebo as he closed his empty eyes. When he opened them once more, he sat upon a vast plain, no longer in the world he once knew.

Sigh, i wish I don't have to write a review since I'm totally bad at writing, not to mention English is my 3rd language and I've never took any courses. So pardon my grammar. As you can see from my username, i like reading stories with OP protagonist, sadly a lot of it is just BAD.. Inconsistent numbers and stories, illogical decisions, negative IQ of the MCs, black hole of a plot hole, and many other things. So when i stumbled upon this book, I'm only interested with its title, since this is the first time I've seen lv 2M.But as i read it, i haven't seen any glaring plot holes, the writing is also quite decent, bar the occasional typo and some grammar mistakes. Some people may said that the plot is getting inconsistent at around ch20+, but i beg to differ. It's not inconsistent, everything will make sense in later chapters, and i dare say that even veteran reader can get blindsided by this one plot twist.. Well, the twists actually, but other than one particular plot twist, you can still almost get it right from the details scattered in the story and paragraph comments. That said though, there're some moments that I'd say rather forced, since it shouldn't happen normally, but it can still be reasoned with..All in all, this book is quite good and I recommend you guys to stick with it until around ch40.Keep up the good work author!

Good things about this novel.- Amazing world-building.- Amazing main character personality.- The power balance is nice and progressive.- If you like long chapters, this is the novel for you.Bad things about this novel.- If you don't like long chapters, this isn't for you.- The novel is one of the author's first works and you can still see some immatureness, but it's still well-written.Thanks for reading, I don't make many reviews but I hope you can make the correct choice for this novel.Read my novels too :)

The grandmaster-level wizard protagonist is killed, and his spirit transcends dimensions into a body devoid of magic, but this body turns out to have the ultimate potential for magical training, even more suitable than the protagonist's previous form. With a wealth of knowledge in his head, he gradually selects and trains with the new body, step by step. The goal is clearly to become the king of wizards. It's very entertaining and a smooth read.

This novel is basically what I was hoping Overlord would be: a scheming protagonist who's willing to get his hands dirty in the face of overwhelming odds, with wacky subordinates and extremely dangerous enemies working behind the scenes. He's not a boring invincible hero/villain, his friends and subordinates aren't slavishly loyal to him, and many of the antagonists are quite capable in their own right.  Mind, there's a lot more comedy and less dramatic irony, but that really works in this novel's favor. The only real problem is that the chapter organization can be a bit loose, which can make it a little hard to follow during the first 30 or so chapters. Keep with it though, and your in for a real treat.

Panting a bit, he looked around and saw Ray standing at the railing, staring in the distant.
