The art is nice, the characters are interesting, and the premise is pretty cool. That said, aside from one error of logic during the inciting incident (not being able to leave the room when in reality he just didn't want to), which could be a translation issue, the plot—as slow and meandering as it is—is solid.
It's not meant for everyone, as it does drag on, but I liked it enough.

If the manga follows that, drop the rating to a 1. There's slow burn and then there's insult the reader by stringing them along.
I'm currently at chapter 32.
Just don't think too deeply about it and have fun otherwise you'll just get frustrated with some of the character's reasoning, the one dimensional characters and the cliché tropes.
