The story of a Japanese male reborn as a highly perverted young girl who struggles to go a day without 'pleasing herself', and mentally and physically tortures all men of whatever ages she meets.
Young boys (still children) who knew the previous owner of the body, but they grew up in the same orphanage? She'll fix up a house and build luxury rooms for the girls with a spa inside and multiple locked doors, but cram all the boys into one room and not allow them to even lock the door, having zero privacy.
Make amazing food? Only for the girls, guys get to smell it and aren't allowed to eat. If they DO eat, they get a tiny amount while the girls get all the food they want.
Armor for the girls, nothing for the boys except one. The girls get armor, weapons, taught magic, and reading. She only allows the boys to attend after the orphans paid her, and then treated them like crap the entire time. Every male she runs across is treated like absolute trash and every girl is added to her harem no matter the age. There really isn't much redeeming beyond the art and the lines. She basically spends an afternoon, masters whatever she was doing, then spends a few weeks bringing that skill to a 'Godlike level' before moving on.
Current story, she's forcing the young boys to walk in the snow for miles while the girls ride in comfort in a heated chariot. And once she let's them ride? They have to ride on the outside in the snow and freeze while it zips past at high speeds (sort of like riding on top of, or on the hood of, a truck in the middle of winter during a blizzard), freezing them. The girls then got to stay in a multi-roomed house that she built while the boys slept in a very basic tent on the ground with nothing but what they brought with them.
So yeah, the story of a perverted Japanese scientist who builds a harem of young girls in his young girl body that tortures any male she comes across for no real reason. There isn't much redeeming here except the art at times.
First, the art and character expressions are fantastic... if only there wasn't any lewdness. Like normal, making things lewd reduces the quality of the writing and other parts... and boy, does this match the idea of a perfect paint job on a rusted out vehicle! Few authors actually know how to tie sexuality into a plot in a way that helps the story, so I don't blame this author for failing that. I will, however, blame the author for trying to rely on it as much as they do.
And honestly, the attention to the MC's 'adult' habits is disturbing. I want to see these character designs and art in a story that won't waste them. There's no plot, no direction, nothing really to grab onto.
This, at best, is a story where you don't enjoy the parts you normally would enjoy in an isekai (adventure, action, character interaction, world building), but enjoy some of the parts you normally wouldn't enjoy in a normal isekai (cooking, background characters, broken powers, and facial expressions).
Unfortunately, it's not at its best too often.
This series is in my top 10 favorites at the moment.
It is many-layered goodness with characterization, food, quirks, misunderstandings, building up of talents, gradual interpersonal skills being built up, and many other things but I'm too damned tired to even dictate clearly about it so you're going to have to end up with this for my positive review. I came here to write the following:
Note: There's a small "what if" part in the 1st ch., which shows what would have happened if
why someone would keep reading this i do not get
It’s not a bad manga but I keep wondering where is the story going honestly what’s the reason mc was sent to this world with OP abilities honestly like you could remove the plot convince hax powers From MC and nothing will change cuz the story is mostly slice of life.
I enjoyed this fluffy slice-of-life type isekai.
Dude-turned-lady is just trying to get by alone with the scientific use of magic, but inadvertently helps people and travels.
I enjoy it.
Just another one of those mangas where the MC forgets half of their OP powers and acts increasingly out-of-character as the story goes on.
