    I could see him puking up something like an "Evolution" devil, or "God" devil, or "Randomness" devil;
    like a moment of 'oh, Pochita shaped the world as we know it by eating that thing', so (respectively) then people wouldn't turn into trees, or devils would all have natural counters, or time would become nonlinear.

    Lots of ways for the story to go in 188, I'm getting excited for what seems might be the coming finale to this manga. Knowing Fujimoto, it'll be something *explosive*, iykwim lol

    Yeah, I think the authour got told to finish up his story by his publisher. Up until we meet God again the story was really great. Maybe I'm just a sucker for dungeon crawls, but this was really fun. The village of cannibals, the possessed army, safe zone scumming with ranged attacks, the dryad, the adventurer notes. I was starting to understand why that God was doing this, shit was super entertaining. After that it's just a lame rush to the end. Disappointing for such a good start.
