Once Upon a Dreamland Chapter 14

I'm a sucker for "Male Lead falls in Love First" and the manga fits it to a T.
FL is a remarkably dense protagonist, who somehow manages to be both endearing and compelling at the same time. While dense female leads have become a bit of a trope in the romance genre, this one brings a refreshing twist that makes it worth checking out. She's actually pretty hilarious. (She's the Senpai! Lol)
The male lead, on the other hand, is an adorable tsundere who struggles to express his feelings openly. This is not just a typical manga trope but rather a character flaw that makes him both endearing and relatable. He is constantly teasing the female lead, but it's clear that his intentions are good and that he deeply cares for her.
What makes this manga so charming is that despite the seemingly endless string of misunderstandings, it never feels frustrating or annoying. Instead, the misunderstandings are a source of humor and endearing clumsiness. It's very kawaii to be honest.
//The slow-burn romance between the two leads is one of the highlights of this manga. There is a gradual build-up of tension as the male lead tries to break down the female lead's barriers. The pacing is perfect, allowing the relationship to develop naturally without feeling rushed or forced.
Overall, this manga is a surprisingly enjoyable and refreshing take on the dense female lead trope. The female lead is well-developed and relatable, while the male lead is both endearing and respectful. (Except when he's teasing, sometimes he can be pretty harsh.)
The slow-burn romance is well-paced and satisfying, making this a worthwhile read for fans of the genre.

If the teasing here frustrates you, then you probably won't stand Teasing Master Takagi-san. While that manga (Takagi) is hella cute, the development takes a while even though you already know spoiler they got a kid from the other series. This one though is more comparable to "Last Game" where the female lead is dense as frak.
What I like about Tsuki no Oki ni Mesu mama is weirdly, the episodic theme of it. It's a tale as old as time trope, a person who bullies the one they like. The thing is, it works in this series because of their personalities. I disagree that the female lead is dumb, she's just delusional lol.
It started out funny and interesting and then it just became repetitive and boring. Also, I just can't stand dumb female leads, not even in a comedy series. There's a limit to how dense and stupid you can be and I just had to drop this because I only got frustrated with Runa's tsudenere act and Ayumu being retarded.
Being mean/teasing/indirect ain't gonna work!
I DID THAT ALREADY IN ________ SCHOOL! (The pretending not to like/indirect show of affection) My crush thought I disliked them! SO JUST BE UPFRONT, FOOL!
No one likes jerks who don't even treat them nice!
