    "Let's split the class into 2 random teams to compete against each other, that will make the class unite to work together!" Holy shit the writing is just horrendous, terribly contrived yet takes itself too seriously. Makes it very hard to just scroll through and enjoy the nice art.

    This is just amazing.

    My first work of Douman-sensei i have read in my life, i even had the luck of reading this around the time it was first made.

    Douman-sensei has a real talent to write things that are absurd, unsettling and even grotesque but keep them in a package that is... i don't know how to say... digestible(?).

    There is a feeling of nostalgia, sadness and intimacy in this one, like reading one of those mystery books from the last century were everything happens in one area and has no weight to the rest of the world but it is still all there.

    Read it, it is a short read that has a little of everything but a very strong personality.
