1.an abundance of characters that gobble the mc's dick
2. They put these glowy things whenever a moment is 'sentimental' but we've only known the character for like 2 chapters so the sentimental moment just feels cheap and fake
3. Despite being quite literally the number one player he is still underestimated to give that stupid sense of satisfaction from fucking them over but no one ever feels that way cuz its shitty writing. Also fuck tilis

You know how bad movies are made just to be mad and even hated? This man does that to manga

I mean this is based around elite royal student in a prestigious school, prodigies are to be expected and being children of royalties it make sense why they need to learn their manner, acts and about how the world work. Like the attempt at manipulation of the prince, it make alot of sense that this could happen.
Take it as Harry Potter movies. The world of magician the students in it learning way of magic from since they were pretty young, all types and what not to do, complex stuff, forbidden stuff, hidden plots and replace magic with the politics.

Personally I would say 3+ at most, but I don't find it that odd, too invest in the story/dynamics as a whole to even care about that lol
