But pitting two girls against each other? Yeah, NO. I HATE harem. I can't even do it when it's reverse harem so it's even worse when it's this kind of thing. These girls have zero self respect. The author also doesn't seem to have any for women either.

I know this is fantasy and it's a power fantasy at that but this main character has nothing going for him. He's only nice to people who can give him something. Just ew. What an unlikable asshole.

Started off interesting enough but after awhile the absurdity of what the MC is able to master is lunacy. Pick a subject and the MC will master it, music, arts, computer programming ect ect. No real challenge just go into his god realm and poof he can master it.

If you want to make good 2nd chance/return to past story then make main character have adult mentality and great goal to achieve. If you want it to be interesting keep it suspensful. If you want to write about something then get plenty of information on that topic to make it believable. And if you want to show how great character is then don't spam "He is soo handsome and smart" as dialogue of background characters. Also, if the setting is professional then make it professional. Character can be eccentric but even if he is (meant to be shown as) charismatic then you better learn how such people act like. Sadly after 36 chapters I can say this manhua is already decomposing. That's how bad it already is. I'm giving it 2 for quick wikipedia scroll autor did. If you want to read better economic 2nd life story then look for past life returner (novel). It's far from perfect but execution is much better. Similar tropes - character gets back in time while being stock trader in previous life. With special power twist but believable goal.
Also, don't you guys and gals also have too much of characters flirting with every pretty girl they meet? Even in professional setting where on first contact you should act (I know - may seem crazy) professional. Imagine if he was like that in real life. Even if he is supposedly handsome I think most ladies in such situation would call him a creep behind his back.

The MC has a plethora of amazing advantages, yet all he does is make and spend money. Even his justice crusades are ultimately solved by money, while there are panels of him literally looking at the reader, telling them how great money is and that it solves all problems. But that's not all. The creators also make him so handsome that, in every chapter, crowds of people can't resist commenting on how attractive he is, and his attractiveness also magically resolves problems on its own. Everything just feels like there's a nice veneer painted over it. However, if one takes even a moment to look closer, it's all incredibly shallow underneath.

Another issue that worsens as things go on is that his intelligence will randomly plummet and previously-established personality will change once teenage romance interests appear. Yes, it's one of those comics where the MC is mentally in his 30-40s but is hitting on and seems only attracted to teenage girls. To illustrate this, early on in the story, he hits on teenage girls and mentions how easy it is given his past-life experiences. But immediately, when the girls begin reciprocating interest or being forward themselves, he turns into a bumbling fool, developing full-on, exaggerated facial expressions and stuttering. Finally, he slowly transforms from an adult MC into a shounen MC as the authors, very unfortunately, develop the plot and scenarios in that direction.
