This masterpiece introduced my fav author of all time - Upi.
This was not the 1st korean bl that I’ve read but it showed me that not all manhwa were about toxic relationships with toxic characters, r*** and all about sex. It hooked me up and proved that manhwa can have nice art and good stories too. Very nice way to start my journey in korean BL.
I also love how Upi drew main characters and how she executed the story-line. It’s wholesome, sad and happy at the same time. Adorable Giran and Seon-gyeung and their lovely interactions. Can’t say how much I’m surprised when author reveals their past, their reunion and the way main characters helped each others.
💯 for the art and story. If you haven’t read it yet, please try it and I’m surely that you won’t be disappointed.
Of all the short stories I've read, this one is the most charming. Although it is so short and I always deduct a point for short stories, this one gets full marks.
This was SO wholesome and sweet....I love me a good
It had its sweet moments, many smut moments, comedy and the art is really good. The writing and ending was good. Made me tear up towards the end. The epilogue was so sweet (and funny haha)...made me smile the entire time reading the epilogue.
It may not be perfect in some aspects (plothole wise and relationship development of how they became romantic partners) but there are explanations for it that does make the puzzle pieces fit together especially why :
On another funny note, I really thought another title of it was My way to You, which is greatly appropriate
Smutty, wholesome, sweet, cute, just awesome and best of all no angst or misunderstandings to tie the plot. It's just great, I haven't read such an easygoing manga in a while. LOVED IT!!!!!!!
I saw this story was mentioned on twitter and decided to look into it. Wow what a find! This is one of the best manhwa stories I’ve ever read. The story is beautiful, complex, sad, and happy all in a prologue + 3 episodes!!!!
Plus the art work is beautiful 😍. Read it 🤓.

as the previous reviewer said, this story is mature fluff. the main characters truly are soulmates, helping each other through their own aches and complementing each other's personalities. in the first chapter, i assumed i had a pretty good grasp of the characters but i was pleasantly surprised to learn about nuances i didn't see coming. they're both wonderfully rounded characters who show just how much influence another person can have on you and your outlook on life. i loved the way grief, heartache, support, and friendship were portrayed. the romance was so pure, so good, so healthy; no drama anywhere in sight. the art is gorgeous too!! the author, like her previous works, never fails to integrate stunning art with an equally stunning story. definitely give this one a read!
This was a really sweet and beautiful story, and fairly spicy! I need to first fangirl over the art, it was extremely lovely. Upi-nim is very talented and having read her two older comics, I can see she is just getting more talented artistically. The character designs were just...amazing. Joo Giran (the uke) was so handsome and manly, yet still had that delicateness you tend to see in female-authored BL. But the seme, Baek Seon-gyeong, was gorgeous, to the point it's almost distracting. His eyes were like big marbles or like a body of water, with lush lashes and he had full lips...ah, he was so beautiful! And again, still manly! The chibi drawings were sooo cute, too. Definitely worth reading just to see the art.
But the story is wholesome and without drama. The plot is pretty similar to Upi's other works, where two nice men get into a relationship after being apart somehow, and always featuring a younger seme/older uke pairing. Personally, all the author's stories tic the right boxes for me: handsome puppy-dog seme who is really into his lover, a sweet and kind (and sometimes stoic) uke who is affectionate and emotionally mature (not a tsundere), a wholesome plot line, plus men who are masculine yet still beautiful. At any rate, you could say this is "mature fluff" because both the characters have a tragic backstory. These two men re-encounter each other after Seon-gyeong
