the writing is decent, with character's that have their own moral compass and don't blindly follow the MC. the setting relies on magical skill regressor story tropes, but are just interesting enough to not drop. minus points for a vague ending foreshadowing (weak MC goals and will be hard to end the story satisfyingly)
This one's an odd mix. The story's fairly generic, with nothing you really haven't seen before. A regressor from a ruined future, an evil cult that hastens the day, so he's trying to get ahead of his past life progress and save who can be saved, while screwing up the cult's plans. The MC is honestly the most boring part of the story too, he's fairly unlikeable and just... bland.
BESIDES him though, there's a lot to like. The side cast is great, full of really wacky characters that all stand out in extreme ways to make up for how boring he is.
Hands down, though, the best part of the story is the action. The fights are AMAZING. Extremely well drawn and choreographed, they're an absolute blast to read.
No romance as of now (c43), and I'm honestly not sure there will be any. So yeah, check it out if the review piques your interest.
TL;DR: Boring MC, great cast, generic story, amazing action/fights. (a mix of positives and negatives!)
