Great fantasy story and great characters so far, with one exception, as usual. Interactions between the MC and the male lead are as cliche and has they come, but somehow even worse... It has started to get a little better as per chapter 62, but everything involving the ML up to that point is genuinely horrible. Worse than the usual horribleness of Korean writing. Am only reading this because I would hate to not get to read the rest of the main plot, I do fear I'll be unable to read it to completion...
I love this story. The FL is a badass ofc, plotting and steering things along to get where she needs to be. The world building is pretty spectacular as well and there are a lot of moments of action, awe and leveling up. The relationship between the FL and ML was great, the way she nurtures him behind the scenes...and unwittingly makes go through psychological trauma that can rival his past. I can't wait to see how things develop in the story. It's a well structured and weaved tale that I cannot believe I missed out on till now.
The female lead of this story is so smart, resourceful, calculating and badass. She’s a great leader who guides the ppl around her and I really enjoy her character! And the dynamic between her and the ML is so exciting! Granted, they don’t meet each other until chapter 40-something, but when they do their chemistry is sizzling hot!
My ass "heros savior", the only feeling i get reading this garbage is veing gaslighted by the racist korean author
I dunno if it's the one hit wonder curse or not, one thing for sure is that he had more liberty to draw and write whatever he had in his mind during Jigokuraku but that was because of SJ+ flexibility so that might be one of the reasons... But honestly god knows.
Not all your manga are going to be big hits worthy of an anime adaptation and that's fine I just hope he doesn't fall out of grace like many, many others.
