Premise is ableist and the lead is ableist.
The premise is that the lead became a parapalegic due to a car accident. The lead is so depressed because of this that he wants to die. Instead of dying he wakes up and he has transmigrated into a fantasy world that he just read about it. Now this premise is annoying and ableist. There are many parapalegics that live good and fulfilling lives. The only reason why some don't is because of ableist government policies and cultural norms. The lead could have turned his life around, but decided not to. Lets say you decided to read more of the story anyway.
The lead is transmigrated into a character ridden with grief and depression. The lead has no sympathy for the original character and keeps on making remarks that he can do the origonal character's life better because the lead's not depressed. Now, wasn't the lead so depressed with their normal life on earth that they thought of dying!! You see, I can't understand this character personality shift and its ableist from the fact that the lead believes that if only I had this or that body, I could do better and if only the original character didnt have depression/trauma, they could do better. Like come on.
