I agree with it in most cases because the isekai part is mostly used as jokes and stuff irrelevant to the plot.
Why couldn't it simply have been a talented kid? Or the kid was both with that and he had to learn to keep it a secret and understand it? Isekai is used so many times just to add isekai to the name because "people want isekais" even though they don't simply want isekais, they want a new world(or that's me, at least)
