Our hero, Oroku, is the child of a female knight and an orc. He bears a stronger resemblance to his mother, which unfortunately subjects him to harassment and bullying from the orcs in his village. Its kind of frustrating to see such a good manga fail to use the setting they gave us.
I not saying for them to just start having sex or anything but go on proper dates as adults instead of catching a meal after work like coworkers, show some level of intimacy that's more than just holding hands (which they still haven't done, far less kiss), hell just have takizawa chill with him in his room while reading manga while on his lap or visi versa or show them cooking a dinner together with a home-date. Goddamn it, why can't they do something that a working-adult couple would do??!! This is not some pre-teen, shoujo, first love BS manga!!!
