the sword throw scene has to be one of the most creative fighting decisions I've seen in manga, the hob knew how strong he was and that it wasn't possible to dodge it, even if he lost his weapon  it wouldn't have mattered much as yajin was clearly too experienced to be hit by such a heavy sword.

This is one of those rare manga that keeps on getting better, the New Years arc with Rei and Hina where brilliant.
Hands down one of my favorite manga to come back to and read for fun.

Shit was disappointing, it starts off good but then the "tournament" happens and it becomes shit.

I literally made an account just to talk about this Manga (super long comment that I’ll have to post into a few replies incoming)

I really like it so far, the concept is SUPER interesting and all the characters seem very cool, can’t wait to see both expanded on more.  However there is ONE thing I kind of have a major gripe with, and that’s the main characters motivation.

I really love the “I must become a dictator so I can be with the one I love” idea, that part I have no problem with.  It’s VERY interesting and will hopefully lead to some moral dilemmas going forward (assuming this manga doesn’t get axed super quickly like so many others have) considering being a “dictator” usually involves being a huge douchebag.
