Yeah, what else is there to say? Every single trope it plagues this genre is here: Main character is just ridiculously broken with a do-everything power? Check. Former party members are a bunch of stupid edgy villains? Check. New companions are cute and sexy girls and loli? Check. Protagonist is just a "kind" two goody shoes? Check. There's a mustache twirling mastermind making MC and his former party member head butts whenever he feels like because it's "interesting"? Already a fucking borefest after the "revenge" part is done (Which is either speedrun or dragged chapters)? Cheeeeck.
The artwork has cute girls but I find it very unappealing the street fighter style: Giant rough hands and feet. Character design is non-existent these characters have been copy pasted from many others works it's just hilarious at this point. Just skip man.
You know, without genetic knowledge about this world, I can't say whether or not it'd be objectively bad to hook up with a relative.
BUT I can say for absolutely sure, that if I were in the same situation I'd probably react worse than he did. It ain't even "culture-shock" by this point, it's more like with the knowledge we have, these people are seriously fucked up. Even if magic makes the genetic problems all good, or whatever.
