    Uh... That's literally the point. The other three are in their own heads thinking they are the "main characters" (especially due to their weapons and titles) and not really paying attention to the world.
    The guy who would normally be an npc is the actual main character.

    It's the entire premise that the guy named "sword hero" isn't around much at all.
