    The machine thing was seeded in from the very beginning. Lots of very tiny clues.
    It's possible the author ran out of ideas when drafting it, but the was finalized and started to be created with this in mind the entire time.

    Overall I really like this. Slyphy, the MC and some of the other characters are fun to watch interact, it feels as though things are moving along well enough as far as the plot goes, all good stuff.
    That said, it feels really weird how much of it, even at this stage of the story, is dedicated to other characters watching the MC be a Minecraft character in amazement. Even when it comes to that aspect of the setup I'd love to see the punchlines delivered more like the infinite water glitch than just "Damn, he sure did do that again."
