One thing I learned from D&D. When fighting anything that regenerates or just simply does not die, keep attacking until it doesn't exist anymore. Even the DM doesn't expect you to pull out that "too good to use" item for some regenerating hybrid monkeys from a space station test lab. But in my defense they also took over said lab and that Sp*rtan Laser has been gathering dust (the asterisk was really included).

Yeah no.. really simple; just tell her to wait a little bit with you before going.. say you have something to tell her or something. Why go through all the trouble of trying to avert her path when you can just make her stay longer or leave sooner

This story is interesting but it doesnt have much substance (on a plot level) the whole goal is to stop her from dying.. this can be finished within 3 chapters at most
