I'll be honest, I think the Paramel arc killed my interest in this story. I get that it's supposed to be a significant and defining moment for MC since he's a NEET, so suddenly experiencing affection and intimacy on that level is definitely a huge shock to his mental and emotional state. But at the same time, it was so rushed that I honestly couldn't find it in me to give a shit about his relations with those characters. Most of it was told through narration, and we all know that narration is ABSOLUTELY the best way to tell a significant character-defining arc instead of showing us why it's important to MC in the first place.
