    The usual "Four main school of Karate" usually consist of Goju-ryu, Shotokan-ryu, Wado-Ryu and Shito-ryu, or sometimes some of them replaced by either Shorinji-ryu, Kyokushin-ryu, Shorin-ryu, Uechi-ryu, or Isshin-ryu. Note. AFAIK, shorinji-ryu sometimes called shorinji-kenpo.
