Damn I think the author needs to take a break and reassess things because the story is so complicated and confusing, especially with the latest chapters.

Point is, from when he saves the merchant's family to the war, the MC doesn't feel like he has a goal. Almost all his actions are reactionary, which feels really weak and uninteresting to me. Up until the war started I was personally struggling to keep reading because it didn't feel like the MC was doing anything. Just sitting around waiting for problems to pop up. Now this would not be nearly as bad if we were getting significant character moments, but today's MC is chapter 1 MC with some more mana and some more bling. In fact, none of the characters made any significant progress, which begs the question, why didn't we go to war straight away? Or at least to the obligatory school arc of every isekai? We get some hints of progress with the shop and with his realm, but it never goes in enough depth to actually give us a sense of progression, so what's the point?

I think he means for restarting the series that was released most likely with a contracted number of chapters to see if it was popular. Or maybe he means the resulting legal ramifications of trying to openly sell your organs or your body for more Manga, it's possible at least in the US theoretically by way of a signed contract with consent, but I think most lawyers or law representatives might not look kindly on this. (There is a precedence for it with weird as fuck documents being signed saying someone is willing to be murdered, eaten by another after death, or most commonly, giving their body to science for research purposes. Though as any person with common sense should ask, is it willing consent, and are these really legally binding.. problem is, it's circumstantial so no clue. I'm not a legal authority in any way, just a bored guy on the internet. Take these words with a grain of salt)
