Lol.... Sword vs magic is old tale. Nothing is naive here.  Airen is simply faster, and he is immune to brainwashing magic.

For how it was when I first started reading it, I thought it was just your ordinary happy-go-lucky story and that everything would turn out fine. Granted, it seems that it does, but it does give personality to the side characters more than some other series that I've read. To me, I was rooting more for the side characters relationships than Louise and Ian. I would rate it 7/10. Definately worth the read if you need a series. It's nothing special though.
