I hate graduations bros...

Maan this really upsets me. I loved reading this and now ever since the time skip I just can't get into it.

Blatant copy or not, it’s hard to argue against how much nicer the art is compared to Orenchi. And Idky maybe because it’s a romance between two young people instead of an old middle aged man + a clueless young girl, it feels less… gross in a way. Not that Orenchi didn’t ease the romance in well to make sense, but it still feels like Christina (the female knight in that series) was constantly being taken along for a ride by the much older Kanji. At least in this one, there’s so many opportunities for them to grow together instead because their life experiences are both still really short. (In fact they’re already experiencing so much growth these past few chapters. Parallel that to Orenchi where the author chooses to flesh the story out with unnecessary “grown up” stuff like government involvement and farm economics, family drama etc. instead of what people read these kinds of stories for in the first place; The freaking fluffy romance!!!)
