So apparently MC thinks she's in a novel...so if that's true she's either going to repeat the entire book from start if they do find a happy ending or die,rinse,repeat. Cause it doesn't show any signs or symbols that she can escape her novel fused world.

This is definitely a manga to have either digital or physical, and reading a few updates week by week, reading everyone comments and sharing our thoughts was absolutely a great experience.

Up through Chapter 25. This is a somewhat enjoyable read. The pacing is a little weird for sure, and it feels like it has a bunch of different plot points running concurrently at times. Also, I can't figure out the motivation of the villain girl. Like, she feels evil for evil's sake.

Anyway, I give this 3.6 Rontgen. Not great, not terrible. If you like the medical part, I recommend Parallel World Pharmacy for a "similar" premise, but better. Still, not a bad read.
