I couldn't tell you, but people will not come across it because quifrey put up an bramblevine barrier around the house so nobody can come close, perhaps her memory has been partially erased, but other than the argument that "none of it is real" we can't really be certain. It would be a very interesting twist, but I just dont see how it could align with quifrey's character as we know it now. If it's all a ploy to get closer to the brimhats then there no reason to heal her in the first place cause how does that help him do so? If he did know how to in the first place I'd assume his knowledge of forbidden magic would have to be good enough that he knows something, and at the beginning he only took coco in so he could get closer to them, because she could identify the magic spellbook. I've never seen him use forbidden magic, so I'm guessing that his goal is the same as the start, to find out about it using coco's memory.
