    the first few chapters introduced a lot of characters that are somehow connected (with the episode transitions). You have to figure it out first and get used to the names as to not get confused, but it would be alright eventually. So far, it's alright.

    We both know that's not happening after all this stupid set up ... The story is good so far but supporting characters like these are what drags these great manga down. I like the AbuNormal manga and don't want the story to get mid due to being focused on one unlikeable side character.

    this deserves a proper form of my review in the hopes I might convince someone to read it. 5/5, to me it does have some minor issues, but the story manages to pull your heartstrings, you'll feel sad, angry, or depressed after seeing these characters and their stories. Each character is well written (minus a few) Never before or after have I read a story who sets up the way this one does. I do feel he pity parties a little too long, but read it and you'll understand, it at least makes sense why he does. There is a family man pyromaniac, a gay ex lieutenant who rocks the stage, a justice obsessed sociopath, a hero who lost his will and managed to come back from the brink, a make up artist who puts catpiss and her cake icing to shame, and much more. (I may be wrong about the lieutenant rank, but it's been at least 4 years since I read this..). TL;DR, read it alreeeady.
