It's in the same genre of autobiographical mangas, but Lesbian Experience was more about depression and loneliness, whereas this is explicitely about gender dysphoria, sexual harassement, and PTSD.
It's way harder to read in my opinion, because a lot of the situations in this manga can be relatable, like witnessing harassement and doing nothing about it, or casually making remarks about someone's appearance. It's more difficult to relate to the experiences described in Lesbian Experience, but here we all know someone or have been someone that's pictured in this manga.
