Not for me.
Woojin is crazy, stalker, controller, abuser, psychopath and violent.
The character only dates the worst trash.
The cover always says it all, who gets who. (I peeked)
the concept of the plot is interesting but the way it was approached and handled just wasn't for me. i can usually handle all sorts of red flags but the main lead here particularly annoyed me not to mention the main character was a mix, if not everything, of what i hate in an mc.
if you're into romance that's really dark, obsessive, unhealthy and toxic then you'd probably enjoy this one. one of the reasons why i stayed reading longer than i intended to before dropping was the artstyle because i can't deny that it looks really beautiful, another reason is that i was hoping it would get better but unfortunately it only seem to get worse but i didn't finish it so who knows maybe it did get better but from where i left off that didn't seem to be the case.
It's obsession love ,and I don't see it wrong cause this is how love should be
The seme didn't beat him or lock him or hurt him ,he always caring for him
As the seme love for the uke was huge ,he see his life is not needed without him so he said to him kill me if u break up with me ,and that why he tried to push his feelings to him to try to win his heart without letting him see other love options ,and that how every one in love do ,especially when the other part have no one in their heart
And he got control with his dark thought ,so he kept him self away when he felt he can do something wrong ,and that expected of someone love without condition then he is been left behind ,dumped without knowing the reasons, he ll get extremely frustrated and angry as there's no give in and take with the one he loved and he was just out of no where been cut out ,he felt he is been betrayed and thrown by the uke
So This is not atoxic love ,it's true love ,and he said later as he was questioning the uke ,he never hit him ,or cheated on him ,or dump him and he was good to him ,rather that he was the one who got dumped.
I am totally with uke and the break down of his mind cause of the seme family ,But it was bad communication relationship between both ,and I like both
No toxic relationship ,but I won't rate it until it end cause that how korean writer begin good then go down hill so I ll wait and see how it ll go
This manhwa came across a bit misleading, it just looks like a regular drama at first glance (especially as the categories hadn't been fully filled in when I started to read it). In fact, it is quite a bit darker than I had realised. The main seme is obsessive, manipulative, violent, and overall dangerous. The plot is a bit convoluted as they keep introducing flashbacks and past relationships/friendships which alter the narrative a bit. It's not bad if you go in expecting a dark themed BL, and in fact I'm enjoying it well enough now that I know that it's toxic and I can mentally prepare for each chapter.
Art is alright, but some of the characters are similar looking and I've gotten them confused a few times. The main differing feature is the eye color, it's definitely how the artist is separating them for scenes where they might be confused. Otherwise the art is decent enough, not what I'd prefer but it does the job well enough and would be pleasing to view for some other readers probably.
