There's no parallel to this in real life. So it can't really be "torture" or "rape" since erasing someone's mind like this doesn't exist. Every scene he "rapes" is done with consent and it's never portrayed as a struggle or manipulation. Not to say it's okay based on the moral implications of this form of revenge or revenge in general.. But it could be worse/disturbing
