This is really good.  Not much of a truly well-researched hard sci-fi, but it doesn’t need all those scientific backups to be a good story… it resembles Kazuo Ishiguro’s sci-fi novels like Never Let Me Go and Klara And The Sun.  Very intimate exploration of the human soul.  Talented author, I’ll keep an eye on her.  I like the art (seinen is usually very different from shounen stereotypical art, here’s a mix of Kenji Furuta and Katsuhiro Otomo, highly detailed where it needs to be).  Bit cruel on themes (Japan is hardly going that path, but food for thoughts… I always juxtapose other Asian societies on narratives like this, mainly China — not out of criticism, but for fitting a vision of dystopia more adequately).  But there’s a undeniable beauty in this story, like a quiet resignation of pending doom we all need to face someday.

well, now it kinda make sense after seeing the knight commander's power
the other human of that world is kinda overpowered with the right talent, equipment and proper training
the vice commander only lose to the girl because he's a spearman using sword at that time

but the robot needs to have a human body or became a human or an android atleast. If Nana stays a golem i think imma going to be disgusted
