They had 4 encounters (I think), the girl in the elevator which Hifumi (the guy) solved. Next the snail which was a joint effort, Moka sucked in the water and got the kill shot and Hifumi did the actual battling part. Then the butterfly, which was completely a team thing. Lastly the statue at the restaurant which was solved because Hifumi walked out and figured out the ghost was inside the restaurant, Moka helped I guess but in the end everything was resolved by the guy in the mask. She did fight the eyelashes guy while time was stopped completely by herself but apart from that I would say that the distribution of credit between them has been pretty balanced
