Yuzu is an ardent fan of Hayami Madoka. With no friends or family to care for her, Madoka becomes her only solace. Sachiko, being Madoka's best friend, turns into Yuzu's most hated existence. To vent her frustrations, Yuzu opens a secret account and posts malicious comments about Sachiko. Upon discovering this, Sachiko decides to befriend Yuzu instead, offering her a chance to talk to Madoka. However, an accident occurs, leading to them switching bodies, with Sachiko left in a coma.
